Terms of use
Access to this site is free of charge. You agree to use it diligently, properly and lawfully, and in particular not to carry out activities contrary to good faith or that harm third-party rights.
How to order on this site
There are two routes. Fixed-price jobs and plans are ordered here: you pick the job, press «Order it», see on screen what you are ordering, for how much and within what deadline, tick two boxes —which start unticked— for the terms and for the withdrawal point, leave your email and go to the payment page. The projects on the service pages are not ordered on the site: they close with a written proposal after a call. You can correct anything before paying: the confirmation window closes with Escape or the cross, and nothing is charged until you complete payment on the gateway. Before accepting you have access to these terms and to the privacy policy from that same window, and you can save or print them from your browser. Of what you accept we keep the exact text you saw, its SHA-256 fingerprint, the date and the IP address it was accepted from, and we email it to you together with the confirmation of your order. That copy is yours; if you lose it, ask for another at contacto@mindset-code.com. The contract is formalised in Spanish.
Prices, taxes and invoicing
Prices for engagements and plans are fixed: what you see is what is charged, taxes included. They are shown in euros. The figure alongside the projects on the service pages is a different matter, and is labelled «indicative rate»: those are bespoke pieces of work and their price is settled in the written proposal. Payment is processed by Stripe. This site neither receives nor stores any card number. The invoice is issued by the site owner under their own tax details; the gateway is only the means of collection.
Scope of the services
Engagements and plans are delivered remotely from Spain and are governed by Spanish law. Each page states what is delivered, by when and what you need to give us to start; anything not written there is not included, and if it turns out to be needed it is quoted separately before it is done. Where the work requires access to your systems — your server, your website, your email, your third-party accounts — you grant it yourself with the minimum scope needed, what is done with it is logged, and it is revoked when the work ends. We do not ask for or keep your passwords when the system allows access to be granted another way.
Deadlines, cancellations and refunds
Every job carries its deadline next to the price. That deadline runs from the moment we have the complete documentation: if something is missing, the clock starts when it arrives. If we see we will not make it, we tell you before it expires and you choose between waiting or being refunded. If you cancel: as long as we have not started, the full amount is refunded; if we had started, the proportional part of the work done is deducted and the rest refunded; once the job is delivered there is no refund, without prejudice to what is said below about withdrawal. Refunds go back the same way the payment came, at no cost to you and within 14 calendar days of receiving your notice. Monthly plans can be cancelled whenever you like and stop renewing at the end of the period already paid. There is no minimum term and no cancellation penalty.
Withdrawal · clients in Spain
If you contract as a consumer you have fourteen calendar days to withdraw without justifying your decision or paying any penalty, under article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. Just write to contacto@mindset-code.com saying you withdraw, quoting the reference in your confirmation email; no form is needed, though you may use the official model the law includes as an annex. We refund without undue delay and in any case within fourteen calendar days of receiving your notice (article 107.1). The exception is in article 103.a: these jobs start immediately, so before payment we ask two things in the same tick box —that you expressly request we begin within those fourteen days, and that you acknowledge that once the service is fully performed you lose the right to withdraw—. If you withdraw with the work started but unfinished, you pay only the proportional part already performed (article 108). If you would rather keep the withdrawal period intact, say so and we wait: the job happens later, but the right stays whole.
Site information and advice
The contents of this site are informational and do not constitute a recommendation for your specific case: third-party prices, versions and the terms of the tools mentioned change, and how they apply depends on circumstances we cannot know from here. Each article states the date on which what it claims was checked. Work on your case arises from a contracted engagement, with its signed engagement letter.
Intellectual property
All site contents (text, images, code, logos) belong to Mindset & Code or are used with permission. Reproduction in whole or in part without express consent is prohibited.
Liability
Mindset & Code is not liable for damage arising from errors in the contents, service interruptions or misuse of the site. Links to external sites are provided for information. None of the above limits professional liability arising from services actually contracted.
Governing law and jurisdiction
If you contract as a consumer, the law of your country of residence applies and you may go to the courts of your domicile: no clause on this site deprives you of that protection. Otherwise, the services are governed by Spanish law and submitted to the courts of Barcelona.
