How much does it cost, and when do I know?
Before anything starts. Fixed jobs carry a published price —from €99— and are paid up front. For a project, the price is settled in writing in the engagement letter after the 30-minute call, which is free and carries no commitment. There are no hour banks and no surprise invoices. Anything not written into the job is outside it: if something new comes up, it is quoted separately and you approve it before it starts.
How soon do I have it?
Fixed jobs carry their deadline next to the price: 48 hours for the quick diagnostics and five days for the rest. A project depends on its scope and its date goes into the engagement letter before anything starts. The clock runs from the moment you have given me the documents and the access; if that arrives late, you get it in writing how far it moves.
Who owns the code?
You do. On full payment you acquire the right to use, modify and exploit, with no limit of time or territory, everything built specifically for you: code, automations, dashboards, copy and designs. Third-party software stays under its own licence, and so do my own components that predate the job, on which you receive a perpetual licence for your project. It is clause 6 of the engagement letter, which you can read in full before contracting.
What if something breaks after delivery?
It is fixed at no charge for the thirty calendar days that follow. After that, or if the fault comes from a change someone else made, the fix is quoted before anything is touched. And whatever is billed monthly ends with thirty days’ notice, no penalty.
What happens to my clients’ data?
If the work touches personal data, the Article 28 GDPR annex is signed alongside the engagement letter, and it is published just as the letter is. Confidentiality is mutual and indefinite, including after the work ends. I use AI tools in my work, but I do not put your files into them without written authorisation, and I read in full whatever comes out before it is delivered. And if there were a security breach, you are notified within 24 hours with the information Article 33.3 requires — point (f) of that same annex.
