What I deliver

  • What we do — We look at how a business actually runs and automate what is still done by hand: invoices typed in one by one, the report someone rebuilds every Monday, reminders sent one at a time. Then we build and maintain what keeps it running: dashboards, integrations between the tools you already pay for, and the website you sell from.
  • Where the judgement comes from — From years of analysing business data and from having run the back office of small companies: we know where those numbers come from before we put them on a dashboard. When an article here states a price, a limit or a version, it links the official documentation it came from and the date it was checked, because all of that goes stale within months.
  • Why short jobs at a fixed price — Almost nobody wants to start with a six-month project run by a company they have never worked with. So the first thing is always something short, at a price you know up front, with something delivered in writing at the end: if it works, you carry on; if it does not, little has been lost. What comes after is monthly maintenance, not another large project.

What is included

  • We are not lawyers. When something needs legal judgement — a clause that will be argued over, a dispute already open — we say so, and a lawyer signs it.
  • We are not a twenty-person firm. If a job does not leave time to do it properly, we say so before taking it.
